A Return Merchandise Authority (RMA) number will be assigned to your claim which will help us track your claim once received. Warranty claims will be assessed on an individual basis. A brief description of the claim must be included with the returned item. HAMSKEA Archery Solutions L.L.C will ship the item back to you free of charge. Shipping to HAMSKEA Archery Solutions L.L.C is the customer’s responsibility.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Also, you have to produce a copy of your receipt for proof of purchase. To return your item, you must contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that will be unique to your return. You must mark your return shipping package with the RMA number clearly identified on the outside along with.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Refunds from Hamskea Archery Solutions L.L.C. will only be granted if the product was purchased directly from Hamskea Archery Solutions L.L.C. either in person or via our website at www.HamskeaArchery.com. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policy.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
